I'm really excited and have been part of the crew for a while now. Curious how this works and where to begin. I'm currently working through maximus new book. The 6 month program. I'm signing up for the SFG 1 certification and need to push hard to get there. I also suck at pull ups and need to get better. I have a ton of goals and can work through them once Jason contacts me.
