Hi guys,
I'm a huge fan of the gym, the workouts, and the website. I'm currently enrolled in a masters degree in exercise science - I'm a voracious reader, and would love to learn more about the theory/science behind your programming. Could you recommend additional reading materials to supplement the knowledge articles and programs on your site?
