I have been using your plans since 18 months. I started as a absolute novice ( only 20 push ups max etc.,).
I have come a long way. Thank you so much for great knowledge and tips. I used plans like foundation, 300 month one ( finished twice), 300 month two (finished once), superman month one (finished twice) , lower body injury.
The latest plan I finished was 300 month two. (4 days ago)
I workout in the morning. I work as a software engineer. I come home at 8:30pm. I feel very very tired after I get home. all I can do is some basic stretching, dinner and sleep.
However, I observed that my energy levels are getting very low. I feel fatigued all day. I do get 8 hrs of sleep.
I get deep tissue massages twice a month. At least some of my body parts are always sore
Am I over training ? or not eating enough ?
can you please tell me what I could be doing wrong ?
Here are my workout and diet details
Workout: 90min in the morning.
pre workout - oatmeal, post workout- whey protein, green superfood, 2 eggs
lunch and dinner: lean meat, greens and some carbs
pre sleep: calm powder. casein
Here are my standards:
Age: 27, weight: 158lbs
Deadlift: 265lbs, Bench Press: 190lbs, Back Squat: 205lbs, 2000m row: 7:51
My goal is to look good without sacrificing strength and performance. I believe traditional body building will not let me run 10 miles or carry someone over for a mile ( if need arises)
