Why does the 3 month foundation include so little tri/chest stuff?

It seems to generally focus on legs, back, and bis and include few exercises that target the chest and tris.

It is because it is a basic GPP program focusing on functional whole body fitness. In some of the more advanced plans there is a great focus on on chest and triceps.
