Recovery workout options
Other than TGU's, 3X20 DL, or 60min cardio at 65% MHR formats, what are some other recovery day specific workout options?
Those are the three we use the most but one of my favorites is also Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Dips aka The Holy Trinity.
